Dear Citywide Issues Group Steering Committee,

I would like to invite you to the next meeting of my Neighborhood Council Liaison Group. It will take place on Saturday, February 26, 2005, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in my conference room in City Hall East at 200 North Main Street, room 351.

We will focus our discussion on the several ethics proposals that are pending before the City Council. I am looking forward to sharing information and hearing Neighborhood Council's views on ethics reform. Bill Boyarsky, former L.A. Times editor, and my appointee to the City's Ethics Commission will join us. Of course, I will leave time to discuss other issues of interest or concern to you.
